One of two concept cars created by Barbara Ling in 1994 for the movie Batman Forver. Though the design was ultimately unused, it did make it as far as the clay model stage.

The second of two concept cars created by Ling in 1994 for the movie Batman Forver. Like the car above, this got no further than the clay model phase, though elements of the car's design are similar to what would be used as the Freezemobile in Baman & Robin
