1988 Batmobile
Thanks to Joel Danford

Continuing the evolution of his Batmobiles, Norm Breyfogle created this design in late 1988. It was shown briefly in the story "Aborigine," then more extensively in the following issue's "The Fear." It featured a wide plow-like mask with headlight "eyes," a long, straight body, a narrow wraparound windshield, and a typical 1980s-style high-tech cockpit with dozens of buttons throughout. Though the plow and rearward cockpit design were only used for a short time, this car does show the transition from the flatter, sharp-edged design to the later, more rounded designs.
